Q: How do I find a product?
A: Easy, the menu on the left will guide you around the catalogue, just click on a heading to start browsing.
You can search our site using the "Quick search" box in the top right corner of every screen, just under the heading "Your Cart".
Q: How to I place an order?
A: Once you've found a suitable product simply click the buy now button (more complicated products have a "get me a quote" buton).
You will then be asked what quantity you require, and whether you want to go straight to the checkout or continue shopping.
Once you have finished shopping, click "Checkout" in the top right corner, enter your contact details and payment details (these are collected on a secure Barclaycard EPDQ server) and your order is placed!
We will email you confirmation of your order, and notify you if anyhing changes or is delayed etc.
